Founder
Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati is the Paramount Founder of Vidyadhara Trust. Born on August 15, 1930, in Manjakkudi, a small village on the banks of River Kaveri in Tiruvarur district, Tamil Nadu, Pujya Swami was a profound thinker, philosopher, spiritual teacher and one of the greatest masters of Vedanta. Swami Dayanand Saraswati is the founder of AIM for Seva, Swami Dayananda Educational Trust, Arsha Vidya Research & Publication Trust and Arsha Vidya Gurukulams in India and USA. Posthumously awarded the Padma Bhushan, Swami Dayananda Saraswati combined within him the richness of Indian tradition and the currency of contemporary thinking.
Pujya Swami always advocated secular education along with value education and cultural validation. Knowledge and respect about one’s cultural mooringshe believed would generate self-confidence and self-esteem and impel the individual to participate in the growth and prosperity of the nation.
Foremost Trustee
Swami Santatmananda is a monk of the Hindu monastic order and a renowned teacher of the Advaita Vedanta philosophy. He has been a Trustee and Acharya with the Arsha Vidya Pitham, Rishikesh since 2007, after completing a rigorous training program with Swami Paramarthananda and Swami Dayananda Saraswati from 2003 – 2006 in Sanskrit and Vedanta.
A chemical and software engineer by profession Swamiji was prompted to become a seeker as he accompanied his mother to lectures by Swami Paramarthananda, a popular and highly respected teacher in Advaita philosophy. Thereafter he completed a PhD in Philosophy, winning the best PhD award for his dissertation comparing Visishtadvaita and Advaita philosophies.
A many-splendoured sage, Swamiji has travelled and taught in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, Romania, among many others. A recipient of various awards and recognitions including being appointed as the Ambassador for Munikereti – Rishikesh for Swach Bharat Mission and receiving the Prestigious State Award for Acharya from the Chief Minister Of Uttarakhand, India, 2015, Consultant to International Yoga Festival, GMVN Uttarkhand Government Festival Content Advisor to World Yoga Festival, London, Swamiji’s heart lies in the upliftment of the downtrodden in society by means of securing their education and health.
Swamiji is the prime mover of Vidyadhara Trustand inspires the other Trustees to create and maintain momentum in the pursuit of the Trust’s mission.
Managing Trustee
A mechanical engineer, Sridhar is the Managing Director of Lakshmi Aircons MEP India Pvt Ltd. With over 26 years of experience in the air-conditioning industry, Sridhar is a consummate professional with a high degree of integrity and responsibility. He has developed an advocacy program on being Ozone Friendly and encourages his company to promote ‘Green Building’ initiatives amongst his industrial and residential clients, towards fulfilling international LEED building directives. Sridhar’s vision and direction has helped Lakshmi Aircons win several awards and accolades since the company’s inception, including ‘Outstanding Excellence Award’, ‘Best Service Performance’, ‘Highest Sales Revenue’, and ‘Diamond Category Award’, among many others.
A man of many parts, Sridhar has avid interests in spirituality, community building, social and business networking, and sports. An active member of Infinitheism, and the Rotary Club,Sridhar is focused on enabling and empowering the truly needy through the good offices of the Vidyadhara Trust.
Trustee
A Maths graduate, and an MBA, Sridhar is the Co-Founder and CEO of HELYXON Healthcare Solutions Private Limited with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. He has been an active member of various industrial forums like OPPI, CII, and IMA, and part of their Executive Committees as well.
Sridhar’s interests lie in developing the art of communication to influence people with impact. He is an invited and popular speaker in various educational institutions and social fraternities. He is also an eminent member of Toastmasters International.
He is passionate about mentoring individuals and organizationstowards their accelerated growth and success.
Learning from spiritual gurus and progressively aligning to spiritual laws of life is an ongoing mission for Sridhar who is a strong advocate of Infinitheism. Healso serves on the board of organizations and Trusts focused on growth and social causes, including Vidyadhara Trust.
Trustee
A Computer Science graduate, with extensive experience in IT, Finance, Administration and Human Resources, Lakshmi is a Director of Lakshmi Aircons MEP India Pvt Ltd., and manages the key functions of Service Operations, Human Resources (HR), Administration, IT, Finance and Accounts.
A dynamic lady with diverse interests, Lakshmi is an advocate of Infinitheism, among her many other spiritual, social and sports pursuits.
An active member of the Vidyadhara Trust, Lakshmi believes in transforming society with holistic education and health.
Trustee
A graduate in Business Administration, Suresh is the Managing Director of Auro Enterprises, authorised distributors and retailers for major IT brands, selling Computers, Servers, Workstations, Laptops, All-in-ones, Tablets, Mobile Phones, Networking Products, Peripherals & Consumables, and providing service of computers and peripherals. The company has bagged many awards including the prestigious DQ Channels Award and Cell IT Award as GEM for Excellence in IT Business.
Apart from his professional expertise in Business Planning, IT Strategy, and Team Building, among other skills, Suresh is deeply conscious about bettering society. He has headed several Social Service projects as a member of the Rotary Club and led several Freedom Through Education projects of the Round Table, as well contributed to the construction of many schools. He is also a proponent of Infinitheism.
He is passionate about pursuing these educational goals for the underprivileged through the Vidyadhara Trust.
Trustee
A graduate in Home Science, Chetna is the founder of Cloud 11 Boutique, and divides her time between the boutique and Auro Enterprises, Chennai where she assists in Administration.
Active in social development initiatives, Chetna has been a member of Ladies Circle in Pondicherry for more than a decade and has executed several Projects in aid of the underprivileged. She continues to do so as an active member of Inner Wheel Club, Chennai Metro.
Infinitheismhas opened uncharted paths and new horizons for Chetna. She is spiritually enriched as a follower.
Travelling solo, and with family and friends, especially trips brimming with adventure are Chetna’s favourite pastimes. She lives life to the fullest, celebrating every moment.
Her joie de vivre and all-encompassing love for humanity enrich the values and activities of the Vidyadhara Trust.

A Commerce graduate, Madangi Anand (Madz) is a CA aspirant with a decade-plus experience in Compliance and Assurance, working in SVSR and Associates, a company owned by her husband.
The seeds of social service were sown in her school days at P S Senior Secondary School. Enthused by being of service to the needy, Madangi believes that giving back to the community is the way forward for society to grow and sustain. It is in this spirit of service that she is an active member of VidyaDhara Trust.
Madz loves singing (Carnatic), chanting slokas and visiting places of worship as these interests do not just feed her soul but sustain her vision of helping mankind.
